A man has shared the phrase that could be a sign your partner is cheating on you.
Cory Skonlnik, 33, has built a following of more than 320,000 on his TikTok account @coryskolnik with his relatable relationship content.
In a recent video, he explained what it really means when guys claim someone is "just a friend" and why it's a huge red flag.
In the now-viral clip, he claimed that when anyone uses this phrase it means: "I keep this person around as a backup for whenever I get bored.
"They may replace you if you leave. In fact, they may already be acting as a valuable side piece to me.

One person said: "Ouch - this hit hard and true."
Another wrote: "If she's really a friend she would understand his boundaries and be respectful of his relationship!!"
A third commented: "Is TikTok trying to tell me something about my current relationship [because] something is a little shady."
While someone revealed: "Yep. They were all 'just friends' every single one, and he made ME feel crazy when I bought it up."

Now, of course, there will be some available guys out there in their 30s, Jana says they're less likely to commit.
So she advises people to start dating men who are in their 20s or their 40s.
