The cheat code phrase to get more money in Red Dead Redemption 2 is Greed is now a virtue. This adds $500 every time you use it, which means you'll have enter the code a good few times if you want to keep stacking those dollar bills.
RDR2 health cheat
The cheat code phrase to refill your health in Red Dead Redemption 2 is You flourish before you die. This also refills your Stamina and Dead-Eye meters every time you use it.
If you want to increase your maximum health in RDR2 instead, then you need to use the cheat code phrase Seek all the bounty of this place instead. This code also increases your Stamina and Dead-Eye meters when you use it.

All of the cheat codes you can use in Red Dead Redemption 2 are readily available in the world, provided you know where to look. In RDR2, cheat codes are actually cheat phrases found in the world itself. To use those phrases and toggle their associated cheats on and off, open the menu, go to settings, and you'll see a button prompt to go to the cheat menu. Once there, you can activate the phrases you've entered and found.
Some cheats you can use without having located them yourself. Others have to be located first by purchasing in-game newspapers: the New Hanover Gazette, Saint Denis Times, and Blackwater Ledger. The Hanover Gazette can be picked up in Annesburg and Valentine, the Saint Denis Times in Rhodes and Saint Denis, and the Blackwater Ledger in Strawberry and Blackwater.
After you've unlocked a cheat code in RDR2, you can head back to your settings menu to toggle them off and on. But beware, having cheats turned on will remove your ability to earn achievements or save your game progress.
