Glasgow-based Search Consultancy has hired experienced recruiter Jackie Tolland as divisional manager for its call and contact centre division.
Tolland, from Motherwell, brings 20 years recruitment experience and will leading the team across Glasgow and the west of Scotland.
Julie Calisir, managing director of Search’s commercial business, said: “I am excited to have found Jackie and to be able to bring such an experienced manager into the team. We’ll be taking advantage of Jackie’s skills straight away in an already extremely busy period in a buoyant market. Search Consultancy has a team of 800 across the UK supporting sectors including construction, healthcare, hospitality, transport, engineering and technology.
Tolland said ambitious growth plans for next year had attracted her to Search. She added: “From the first interview, I knew this was going to be an easy decision to make. Meeting with all the senior commercial team made me realise how much I wanted to be part of this immensely talented and ambitious team.
