North West Leeds includes Adel and Wharfedale, Headingley, Otley, Yeadon, and Weetwood.

Reclaim the Night announced their plans on Facebook and will be joined by a series of speakers and campaigners from across the city.

They're inviting people to join their virtual protest with their own demands for change.

They said: "Join us this Sunday at 6pm for a live stream tour through Leeds North West hotspots of sexual and violent assaults.

“Reclaim the Night has been fighting for safer streets, free from violence and assault, since the 1970s. Yet here we are in 2021 and the same issues persist.

"Therefore, on Sunday we, with speakers from across different groups and campaigns across Leeds, join in an open discussion about how we can make our streets safer from the word of the public. We want you to come with your own demands for change as well as questions to ask to us and our (soon to be confirmed) speakers.

"This is the start of a series in exposing the dangerous hotspots of assault in Leeds. We are starting with Alex Sobel's constituency at 6pm across FB, YouTube and Twitch. All links are in our bio. Come and have your say and protest with us virtually.

“We need to make the streets safe again and Reclaim the Night."
