Reckless bikers caught on camera blasting through pedestrianised Edinburgh street

Reckless bikers have been caught on camera speeding through a pedestrianised area of Edinburgh as shoppers have to dodge them.

The riders were spotted on a section of the city's Princes Street which has been closed off for social distancing as part of the coronavirus pandemic.

A terrifying ten second clip, reported by Edinburgh Live, shows two men on what appears to be off-road motorbikes as they speed through the pedestrianised area for shoppers.

One biker races ahead of the other and swerves past the Edinburgh Spaces for People flowerbed blockades on the city centre street before a second biker is heard revving his engine before zooming into view.

Two bikers were filmed just a matter of weeks ago doing wheelies on busy city roads in a shocking TikTok video and earlier this year locals called on cops to catch a group of off-road bikers doing stunts next to the Royal Infirmary.
