The Tennessee Titans vastly outplayed, outcoached and outsmarted the Atlanta Falcons on their way to an easy 24-10 victory today. Despite holding Tennessee to zero points in the second half, Atlanta’s defense couldn’t create the turnovers needed to swing the momentum back.
Matt Ryan had a good day without any interceptions, and his fumble was more of a good play by the defender than anything else. He finished with nearly 400 yards passing. Austin Hooper also had a solid day, but it wasn’t enough to affect the score.
On defense, the Falcons looked solid as a whole against the run early, but they wore down as the game went on. This is a trying time for Atlanta, and the coaching staff looks both inept and in over their heads. Dan Quinn has lost this team, and it’s time to make a change.
