Rebel Wilson stunned in an astonishing crop top snap moments before injuring herself.
Hilariously the actress blamed taking "hot photographs" of her three stone weight for the cause of her injuries on Friday.
The comedian, 40, wowed her fans with snaps of her posing on the beach in a crop top and cut-offs while in Mexico.
But disaster struck when her friend Nicole's handbag was washed away into the ocean and they had to retrieve it.
Rebel wasted no time in throwing herself into action but she injured herself during the struggle to get the handbag.
However, the actress revealed her left boob had taken "most the impact" and she suffered bruising down her side.
In a piece to camera, she had a bag of ice cubes held to her left breast while she was filling fans in.
She said: "Taking hot photos out on the beach out there.
"See that amazing beach while we were doing that, Nicole's bag washed into handbag and it had her passport in it.
"She's currently drying and I was like I'll get it. We gotta fly today. Then I got pretty banged up.
"I show you, got that. Basically my left boob took most the impact it is gunna be very swollen bruising scraped down.
"Warning if you're taking hot photos just be careful. the waves can get you. Be ocean safe."
Alongside the photograph on her grid, she wrote: "What up BE-AtCH! (Woke up early, ready to smash a beach run)."
