Rebel Wilson said she gained four stone after emotional eating in her 20s.
A fitness inspiration to many after taking her fans on her weight loss journey.
Now the actress, turning 40, has opened up about comfort eating in a tell-all interview with Ant Middleton for Straight Talking on Sky.
Bridesmaids star Rebel was diagnosed with was diagnosed with PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) when she turned to doctors after gaining nearly four stone during college.
She said: "I start gaining all this weight and I’m like, you know what’s good for bigger girls? Comedy.
"People don’t really like laughing at good looking people. They want to sleep with good looking people. But funny looking people, they want to laugh at."
She added: "I like to think that I look good at any size I've been."
However, Rebel confessed she feels Hollywood wanted her to stay the same size and play the same typecast roles of "fat Amy".
She said: "Hollywood wanted me to stay the same size. They wanted me to play fat Amy in multiple movies and call the character something a bit different. I’ve done the reverse of what they wanted from me."
Rebel found love with her boyfriend Jacob Busch but the actress confessed she hadn't allowed herself to get into relationships until the last few years.
On the quest to find love, the Pitch Perfect star agreed to every date as an experiment in 2019.
And it obviously worked now she's incredibly loved-up with her new man.
She said: "What's the use in winning the awards and earning millions of dollars if you've got nobody to share it with?
"In 2019, I dated anybody who asked me out, as an experiment. I had to give lots of people a chance and then I learned lots about myself. I never allowed myself to go into relationships until the last few years."
