Rebel Wilson has been on a massive health journey over the past year and has been peppering social media with pics showcasing her new figure.
According to the Sunday Mirror, Rebel Wilson kickstarted her health journey at an Austrian wellness centre called Vivamayr Altaussee and I legit fell off my chair while reading some of their intense methods.
The publication provided some insight into where Rebel stayed, claiming that “sugar, alcohol and caffeine are all banned at the centre, while dinner is frowned upon and guests are taught to chew every mouthful 40 times.”
Good fucking grief.
Maximilian Schubert, who worked with Rebel on her journey, told the Sunday Mirror: “Rebel has done amazingly well. Her willpower, discipline and focus on her health journey has been her success.”
Back in December, Rebel Wilson thanked the same Dr. Schubert and the team at Vivamayr Altaussee in an Instagram post.
“Thank you to Dr Schubert and all of the team @vivamayraltaussee in beautiful Austria,” she wrote. “I’m going to start 2021 in an amazing place, with a healthy body and mind…and boosted immune system! Love the care you all put into your patients – I am so grateful! Now on to maintaining the weight loss and the healthy lifestyle!”
Rebel has visited the centre twice, most recently last November.
According to the website, “the Vivamayr Weight Care program is aimed at optimising your weight and consists of a fixed and variable part.”
Other celebrities to have stayed there include Elizabeth Hurley and The Rolling Stones.
