Rebel Wilson confided in fans about her calorie counting she uses to lose weight.
The great and the good of the showbiz world were in awe when the Hollywood actress, 40, lost almost three stone.
Already she's reached her goal weight after she kept to her strict calorie count and workouts.
She told fans on Instagram live: "I do try to stay under 1,500 calories, because again of my body type."
Rebel confessed she had to keep her daily calorie allowance under 1,500 if she wanted to lose weight in that week.
She elaborated: "If I wanna lose weight in that week, I kinda have to stay under the 1,500 each day."
Now that she's at her dream weight, Rebel has relaxed her counting calorie measures.
The comedian said she's now able to eat more 2,000/2,500 calories because of her gruelling workouts.
She said: "I'm more into like a maintenance phase, and probably be about 2,000/2,500 because I do work out like a beast.
"So I can eat a bit more, now that I’m – now that I’ve hit my goal weight and I’m "maintaining"... So yeah. Hopefully I don’t sound like the biggest w***** saying all this stuff."
In 11 months, Rebel has lost almost three stone after she completely changed her outlook on food and exercise.
Previously, the actress has opened up about how she was devouring up to 3,000 calories a day.
She told PEOPLE : "Before I was probably eating 3,000 calories most days, and because they were normally carbs, I would still be hungry."
In her personal life, Rebel has been happily loved-up with her boyfriend Jacob.
