She's had five children, the youngest born little more than a year ago.
But after months of intensive training ahead of Dancing On Ice, Rebekah Vardy unveiled her incredible post-baby body on Instagram on Sunday night.
Posing in her sports bra and pants, the 38-year-old's toned torso and strong athletic figure were on show, as she held her costume ready to get dressed.
Becky told fans her footballer husband Jamie Vardy had helped her prep for the big night by applying her fake tan.
She explained her "pre show prep" for the ITV show consisted of: "Wig, Make up, Fish Net Tights, Big Knickers, Big Smile."
And Becky said: "I also fake tanned only the bits that I needed to - back (thanks for the help @vardy7 ), shoulders, chest, head and stomach."
She joked she didn't fake tan her legs, because her tights covered them, explaining: "I never usually wear fake tan as I’m naturally quite tanned. So now I need to wear it I can’t face doing my whole body.
"We wear tan dance tights with our costumes so I can skip my legs and I knew I’d be wearing long sleeves so left my arms out too."
When a fan questioned whether Becky had a "scar on her stomach", she replied with a laughing emoji: "It’s the waistband on my tights."
While Becky was not competing on Sunday night, she appeared in the group performance, wearing a burgundy dress.
Rebekah and Jamie married in 2016 and share children Sofia, Finley and Olivia.
When they met Becky was already mum to Megan and Taylor from a previous romance while Jamie shares daughter Ella with an ex-partner.
