Chloe Sims has won praise from fans after revealing she's taking steps to have the filler drained from her lips following years of cosmetic work.
The TOWIE star, 38, said she wanted to embrace her natural looks in a bid to boost confidence.
The move comes after fellow reality star Molly-Mae Hague admitted she was having some of her procedures reversed after regretting making the changes at such a young age.
Chloe documented her progress in a series of Instagram selfies as she showed off her shrinking pout.
"I'm really happy that I've toned it all down, and as you know I think it's important to be honest with things like this," she told her fans.
"It's my personal choice & makes me feel confident."
Over the last ten years it's estimated that Chloe has spent more than £32,000 on cosmetic enhancements from breast enlargements to lip filler and a Brazilian butt lift.
The star has always denied having surgery on her face but admitted she wishes she could take back some of her choices.
"I had collagen in my lips and they were ridiculous, so I've never had that done again," she explained.
"Now I stick to Botox and fillers."
Chloe's decision to remove her filler was a move made by Love Island finalist Molly-Mae, who has also gone through a make-under this year.
Molly has had her lip and jaw filler dissolved in recent months in a bid to let her natural beauty shine.
She has also revealed her natural teeth after having composite bands put on her teeth days before Love Island, but has since decided to remove them.
Opening up about her decision, Molly said: "I think I’ve taken all the steps that I want to take now in reversing all the mistakes I made with the fillers, getting things done that I didn’t necessarily need to get done and didn’t think through at the time, about two or three years ago.
“I literally got the composite bonds that I had on my teeth two days before Love Island and I don’t regret it but it just wasn’t a necessary thing to do and I was just young.”
She has also taken out the luscious hair extensions that she wore in the ITV2 villa to embrace her cropped natural hair.
Chloe's fellow TOWIE star Meghan McKenna also had her lip filler dissolved last year, admitting she had lost sight of what a "normal face looked like" after calling the procedure dangerous.
While Amy Childs opted to have her breast implants taken out after one of them flipped over and exploded inside her.
Fellow relity stars Olivia Attwood, Charlotte Crosby and Laura Anderson have all had reduced the size of their breast implants in recent years, signalling the end of the road for the surgically enhanced look.
