Real worth of TV's famous homes from Friends' £1.7m flat to Del Boy's £500k Peckham pad

They are our second homes, the places we like to spend time inside as soon as we open our own front doors.

But how much are our favourite TV houses actually worth once when the cameras aren't rolling?

We've all dreamed of living in the pads we watch on the box - who wouldn't want to stay in the grounds of Downton Abbey, or pull up a sunbed in the Love Island villa?

But just because the hot-spots have already been seen by millions, it sadly doesn't mean we'll be getting the keys on the cheap.

Take Del Boy's iconic Peckham flat, for example.

The Totters wheeler-dealer base, at grubby Nelson Mandela House, will still set you back a whopping £500,000 decades after Only Fools and Horses hit our screens.

Peckham is fast becoming a hub for big businesses - so if you want live in an up-and-coming area, you know it makes sense!

If you abroad, your money usually stretches further when it comes to property.

The Love Island villa, however, will cost a pretty penny.

Located in the Spanish Balearic Island of Majorca, is known for its luxurious appearance - and you will have to find £2.5million if you wanted to move in!

We're not sure if the hunks come with it.

The Big Brother house is another British TV beacon.

Built in Borehamwood, just outside London, it "boasts great transport links and business opportunities".

So a £4.5m pricetag has been placed around the doorhandle by experts - cameras not included.

But that is pocket money to those Lord and Lady Grantham wannabees.

Downton Abbey's Highclere Castle in the heart of beautiful Berkshire is a tad on the pricey side.

It’ll cost you a cool £72m for this 300-room beauty.

But you will be getting 6,000 acres of land for your money. Better get that offer in sharpish!

Who wouldn't want to live in the flat made famous by six New Yorkers who still keep us entertained over 25 years later?

Monica and Rachel's Friends pad is one of TV's most famous homes.

The interior of the iconic apartment might not actually be real, but the outside certainly is.

Their two-bedroom Greenwich Village home would set you back £1.7million, or $2.2million.

Too much? Well there's always renting.

The legendary apartment would cost around £40,000, American experts estimate.
