Real Sociedad's director of football has hit out at Uefa, suggesting Manchester United have been handed an 'unfair' advantage ahead of their Europa League last-32 tie.
The first-leg of the tie has been moved from Sociedad's Anoeta Stadium in San Sebastian to Turin - although the second-leg is still scheduled to take place at Old Trafford.
The two sides were due to meet in the Basque region next Thursday, but strict travel restrictions in Spain have prevented Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side from making the trip.
Sociedad chief Roberto Olabe insists he has no issue with the first-leg being moved to Italy in order to accommodate United, however he feels they have an advantage due to the fact the second-leg is still set to take place at Old Trafford.
"I would like the return to be also on a neutral ground or for UEFA to appoint a single venue for a one-game tie as it did last year," Olabe said.
"It does not seem coherent to me that as the home team, we play in a neutral field and as a visitor, we do it there, but that's the way things are."
Although the director of football is unhappy with the current plans for the match he insists his side have what it takes to cause a shock and knock United out of Europe.
Olabe added: "I'm very excited, and yes, I think we can eliminate them. However, Manchester United have one of the most complete squads in the world, with an exceptional level of players."
