Real Madrid will be without Gareth Bale and James Rodriguez again for the home match against Real Betis in La Liga on Saturday night.
Bale travelled to London earlier this week and played no part in Madrid’s 5-0 win at home to Leganes on Wednesday night as he recovers from a calf injury sustained during the recent international break.
James also missed the midweek victory after returning to Colombia for the birth of his son, Samuel.
Both Bale and James are back in Madrid and the two trained in the gym on Friday, but neither will take part in Saturday’s game against Betis at the Santiago Bernabeu.
Marco Asensio remains sidelined with a long-term injury, while Nacho is also still out.
Alvaro Odrizola returns from suspension and is set to start at right-back on Saturday, with Ferland Mendy also likely to come in on the left to give Marcelo a rest.
Zidane could consider further changes ahead of Real’s Champions League clash at home to Galatasaray on Wednesday.
