Casemiro returns from suspension and will start for Real Madrid at Espanyol on Sunday night, but Luka Modric and Ferland Mendy are both banned.
The Brazilian midfielder is available again after missing Los Blancos’ 2-0 win over Mallorca on Wednesday and will be back in the line-up.
Modric and Mendy picked up yellow cards in that match at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano and will sit out, with Toni Kroos and Marcelo set to come in and Isco in line for a start after recovering from a hamstring injury.
Further forward, Eden Hazard and Karim Benzema are both expected to feature at the RCDE Stadium.
Vinicius Junior has impressed in the last two games and could also be included, although the Brazilian is less effective on the right and Zidane could switch Hazard to a central role in order to include the 19-year-old or opt for Rodrygo or Gareth Bale instead.
Luka Jovic, Lucas Vazquez and Nacho are all still out through injury and will miss the trip to Espanyol, who will be led out by sporting director Rufete after coach Abelardo was sacked on Saturday.
Madrid will go two points clear of Barcelona at the top of the table if they can beat Espanyol on Sunday night.
