For Barcelona, Marc-Andre ter Stegen is set to keep his place in goal despite some claims Jasper Cillessen could start, the Dutchman having missed out on the cup clash (which he would have played if fit) after only recently recovering from injury.
Samuel Umtiti should come in for Clement Lenglet in defence after making his return from a long-term knee injury in the 4-2 win at Sevilla last weekend.
Arthur, who came on for the last five minutes on Wednesday, is set to replace Sergi Roberto in midfield to start alongside Sergio Busquets and Ivan Rakitic at the Bernabeu.
And in attack, coach Ernesto Valverde is likely to keep faith in Ousmane Dembele and Luis Suarez, with two assists and two goals on Wednesday respectively, alongside Lionel Messi.
Philippe Coutinho and Arturo Vidal will have to make do with a place on the bench.
