Keylor Navas, Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema are all set to return to the starting line-up for Real Madrid on Tuesday in what could be Julen Lopetegui’s last match as coach.
With Lopetegui under huge pressure following a run of four defeats in five games, Real Madrid are at home to Viktoria Plzen in the Champions League and, as pressure mounts on the 52-year-old, it may be the last time the former Spain coach takes charge of Los Blancos.
Navas should start against the Czech side after deputising for Thibaut Courtois in La Liga lately, the Costa Rican having made his last appearance in the 1-0 loss away to CSKA Moscow earlier this month.
Bale and Benzema both featured from the bench after injury in Madrid’s 2-1 loss at home to Levante on Saturday, but the forwards should be back in the XI for Tuesday’s Champions League clash.
In midfield, Toni Kroos is also set to start after watching on from the bench on Saturday.
