Real Madrid 'name their price' for Man Utd target Toni Kroos

Manchester United will reportedly be able to sign Toni Kroos from Real Madrid this summer for £50million.

United were close to signing Kroos when David Moyes was in charge at Old Trafford, before he opted to stay with Bayern Munich.

Real snapped him up shortly afterwards but United have maintained an interest in the 29-year-old.

And Kroos' disappointing season in the Spanish capital could see him leave the Bernabeu, according to The Sun.

Real are already on their third manager of the season following the return of Zinedine Zidane after disastrous tenures for Julen Lopetegui and Santiago Solari.

Solari oversaw arguably the worst week in the club's history as they crashed out of the Copa del Rey and the Champions League while suffering back-to-back El Clasico defeats leaving them 12 points off the title race.

Kroos is under contract with Los Blancos until 2022 but is reportedly keen to reignite his career elsewhere.

The 91-cap German international has played 21 times for Real this term but has failed to find the net, making just three assists.

He has previously spoken of his admiration for the Premier League and his desire to play in England's top flight.

Kroos has won La Liga and the Champions League three times since swapping Madrid for Munich for £27million.
