Real Madrid meet agent to discuss summer transfer of two stars

Real Madrid director Jose Angel Sanchez met with Fali Ramadani on Thursday to spark rumours of moves for two of the influential agent's biggest players.

Ramadani, who counts Miralem Pjanic and Luka Jovic among his clients, was a guest at Real's Valdebebas training ground this week.

According to Madrid daily Marca that could be an indicator that the club is ready to join Barcelona in the race for Eintracht Frankfurt's on-loan star Jovic.

The 21-year-old Serbia international has enjoyed a stellar season in Germany, scoring 22 goals in all competitions to put some of Europe's biggest clubs on red alert.

Raphael Varane transfer: Real Madrid 'make major contract decision' over France star

It has been reported that Barcelona plan to make a €50million bid for the Benfica-owned striker in the summer, as they search for a long-term replacement for Luis Suarez.

Barcelona sporting director Eric Abidal attended Serbia's Euro 2020 qualifier in Portugal on Monday night, and the Spanish champions have watched the youngster numerous times.

However, the Catalan club are said to be concerned that they are being drawn into a bidding war for Jovic, though, and news that Ramadani has met with Real officials will only add to those fears.

Another potential target for Real could be Bosnian star Pjanic. Los Blancos are reported to be in the market for a new central midfielder, with Toni Kroos edging closer to the Bernabeu exit door.

Pjanic would represent an expensive option to fill that space in the Real squad, given he has a contract with Juventus until 2023 and the Bianconeri would be unwilling to sell.

Marcos Alonso, who has previously been linked with a move to Madrid and has slipped down the pecking order at Chelsea , is also represented by Ramadani.

The agent also looks after Kalidou Koulibaly and Ante Rebic, while 17-year-old Xavi Sintes - who is set to join Real from Mallorca - is represented by Ramadani's company Lian Sports.
