Hanna Kinsella has hit back after being branded a 'hypocrite' in the new series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire for posing topless on the cover of her new book.
The cosmetic dentist has released a self-help book with the attention-grabbing title Brains are the New Tits.
In the first episode of the new series of The Real Housewives of Cheshire, screened on Monday, jaws dropped when Hanna told co-stars Lauren Simon and Nicole Sealey that she was posing topless with pink cartoon brains covering her breasts.
Lauren said: "After all the fuss that Hanna's made about women taking their clothes off, she's actually doing it herself.

"I mean, is she absolutely barking mad? What is she thinking?"
Nicole Sealey said: "I just don't get why she thought it was a good idea. It does make her look like a hypocrite."
Hanna has now taken to Instagram to have her say.
"After being called every name under the sun this series including a hypocrite I wanted to explain my rationale behind the book (and the cover) to my amazing followers…" she wrote.
"This book is meant to be an inspirational, motivational book for women wanting to pursue their dreams.
"The title 'brains are the new tits' is a famous feminist quote that rang true to me.
"Us women have come so far in the last 100 years and we are in an era where using our brains and getting ahead in business and in life is what everyone is striving to do."
The mother-of-one, who welcomed her baby boy Maximus in February, continued: "The shoot - my idea for the front cover came after I decided on the title. An ironic twist on the title…never in my life had I done a shoot like this before and I was really REALLY nervous.
"It was actually about five months after I had had baby Max, so I didn’t feel the most confident body-wise and it was definitely out of my comfort zone.
"The picture is supposed to reflect the title in a sense that our brains are our most powerful and best assets - more so than our boobs!!
"And even though we are all free to use whatever assets we have - harnessing the power of our brains to propel us forward is the message I wanted to convey.
"We all have amazing potential inside of us…no matter what background, education, upbringing etc - some of the most successful women in the world (and some that I interviewed in my book) didn’t even finish school.
"I hope this book inspires and motivates anyone who reads it - let me know your feedback if you do read it."
Feathers were ruffled when Tanya Bardsley and her best friend Lystra Adams found out, with Tanya saying: "This is the smart girl from the posh family who's always looking down on people and said 'you should never take your clothes off to earn money.'"
And Lystra said: "I can't believe the hypocrisy. Hanna preached to me about sexualising her body, but yet you're sexualising your body and selling your book."
In her book Hanna aims to inspire women to 'harness their female power' and look beyond the physical to achieve it.
She touches on topics such as female empowerment and dealing with 'Imposter Syndrome.'
It encourages readers to believe their dreams can come true and includes 10 rules and tips for following your dreams by using your brain.
