Real Housewives slammed for 'crashing' Hanna's wedding - but fans suspect it was faked

The Real Housewives of Cheshire caused a rumpus when they appeared to 'crash' Hanna Miraftab's wedding.

Hanna was not impressed when she found out that her castmates, who weren't invited to her big day, had travelled to the cathedral where she had tied the knot with Dr Martin Kinsella.

Dawn Ward, Perla Navia, Rachel Lugo and Leilani Dowding, with Ester Dee in a wedding dress, all jumped in a decorated car and headed from Warford Hall in Cheshire to Liverpool Cathedral.

The ladies posed for a selfie outside the venue and Ester appeared to take things a step too far when she started banging on the door until she was dragged away by Dawn in Monday night's episode.

Fans were shocked by the moment, but others have reasoned that the 'crashers' turned up when the wedding party weren't inside.

"You could tell the wedding was not actually happening when they were outside," said one viewer of the ITVBe show.

"Filmed at a different time of day. All the tourists could be seen coming out just as they pulled up. Just a storyline people. Chill ya beans."

Another said: "100 quid says that wedding 'crash' was filmed on a different day.

"Hence the tourists going in and out of the cathedral, the different weather, the four coaches which were carrying tourists not wedding guests."

"She's going to feel like we wanted to be there and we actually were," explained Rachel about the scene.

Hanna only invited Seema Malhotra from the Housewives cast over concern that drama might break out on her big day.

Hanna said: "It's the been perfect day and that is why I had to protect it."

But when she found out what they had done she said: "You all got in a car and drove to Liverpool Cathedral on the day I was getting matrried. What?"

And the row looks set to rumble on next week.
