Real Housewives of Cheshire star could open new Boujee restaurant and bar in Chester

A bar and restaurant chain founded by one of the Real Housewives of Cheshire could be opening a new outlet in Chester.

Boujee, the pink-themed brand partly owned by Lystra Adams, could be set to open a new venue on Pepper Street, known as the city's dining quarter, CheshireLive reports.

It would be the third Boujee branch in the north west coming after the original bar and restaurant in Liverpool and the site in Manchester.

The application for a premises licence was submitted to Cheshire West and Chester Council by applicant Boujee Restaurant and Bar Limited.

The premises would be Unit R2 at 33 Pepper Street and, if granted, would allow the supply of alcohol 10am to 1am Monday to Sunday.

It would also allow the performance of both live and recorded music between the same times.

The opening hours would be from 10am to 1.30am seven days a week.

Lystra is one of the newest members of the Real Housewives of Cheshire cast and her Boujee brand is a regular feature on the show.

The company was incorporated in September with Lystra listed as one of three directors.

The first restaurant and bar launched at the Liverpool ONE complex towards the end of last year before the opening of the outlet on Bridge Street in Manchester earlier this year.

The latter was recently slapped with a one-star food hygiene rating following an inspection by the Food Standards Agency in July.

Boujee management have said the rating was 'due to a facilities issue' and the repairs have already been completed, with an application 'put in for a re-visit and rescore'.

The period for public comments on the Chester licensing application ends on September 17 and representations can be made on the council's website.
