Real Housewives of Cheshire star Tanya Bardsley was airlifted to hospital after falling from a horse while filming for a reality TV show.
Tanya had been taking part in Celebs On The Ranch when the incident happened.
The 37-year-old WAG, who was working away in Arizona with a host of other famous faces, was thrown from the animal when it bolted and her bucked her off.
A preview for tonight's episode, sees Tanya being strapped to a body board and whisked away in an emergency vehicle in front of stunned castmates.
Tanya's co-star Louis Spence said: "Her horse started to buck. She let go of the reins. She did everything she wasn't meant to do.
"But I understand why she did, because out of all us, Tanya was more fearful of the horse."
While Love Island's Eyal Booker said he was in a state of shock after watching the incident unfold.
"Noone knew what to do and we all rushed to the fence but the paramedic was straight in," he explained.
Glamour model turned reality star Tanya is the wife of Burnely footballer Phil Bardsley, with whom she shares four children.
Last year she revealed that she and Phil had been considering trying for baby number five but underwent a swift U-turn on the decision after a health scare.

She said last September: " “I went to Cyprus with Phil because there’s a clinic there when you can choose the sex of your baby, but Ralphi and Renz got chickenpox, we had a terrible time, I was sat there with all the kids screaming in pain, and I thought, you know what? I don’t want any more. So we didn’t go to the clinic.
“I’m done now. I can’t go through that chicken pox malarkey again.”
