Real Housewives of Cheshire’s Tanya Bardsley rushed to hospital after seizure

Real Housewives of Cheshire’s Tanya Bardsley has been rushed to hospital.

The reality TV personality - who is married to former Manchester United footballer Phil Bardsley - suffered a seizure and collapsed during a photoshoot My Glam Style UK.

She fell to the floor and an ambulance was called during the snapping session.

Tanya detailed the incident on Instagram and shared that stress caused by "overworking" was to blame.

She wrote: "One minute in the studio the next minute in a ambulance, I collapsed from stress from over working and basically trying to be perfect in every area of my life, mum, wife, business woman, carer for poorly relatives [sic].

"My brain and body shut down as a warning, I’m having a few days off my phone so sorry to any1 if I don’t reply to messages and emails @phil_bardsley is forcing me to rest.

"Thank you to @caffy_mason @lcrookes @kikisworld___ and the ambulance service for your quick reactions have a great bank holiday every1 @myglamstyleuk hair and pictures and paramedic @kikisworld___."

Under the post, which Tanya illustrated with stunning photos captured on the shoot before her medical emergency, several of her famous friends sent her well wishes.

Charlotte Dawson penned: "Oh no my girl hope your ok you rest up xxxx."

TOWIE star Chloe Sims joined in: "Aww@tanyabardsley7 sending you love."

Christine McGuinness added: "Rest beautiful."

Last year, the mother of four revealed that she grew up feeling stupid and dreaded school – not realising she had dyslexia.

The Real Housewives of Cheshire favourite was diagnosed just four years ago after discovering her son Rocco, 11, also has the learning disorder.

She told the Mirror: "I always just thought I was thick,” said Tanya, 39. “I’d cry at school. At the thought of doing public reading, I’d just burst into tears.

“I thought I was stupid and weird because all my other classmates could do it normally. I hated it.

“I’d struggle to sleep, dreading going in. It was humiliating. There were sniggers when I read in front of class.

“There was a sinking feeling. It was awful, I still remember it to this day.

“When I found out I was dyslexic, I was so relieved I wasn’t thick.”

Tanya, who also owns her own fashion boutique, says her undiagnosed dyslexia caused her to develop mental health issues.

“I’ve always struggled with anxiety and depression,” she said. “That’s why I became a life coach.

“I’m passionate about helping other people.

“Your mind is like your bum – if you don’t train, it gets saggy.”
