Real-estate Funding Offers For Staff of Saudi Ministry of Education

Signing an agreement for the Ministry of Housing affiliates with Samba Financial Group. Asharq Al-Awsat Arabic.

Samba Financial Group has signed a new cooperation agreement with the Saudi Ministry of Housing program on ‘institutional housing’. Through this project, Samba offers funding and real-estate solutions for employees of the Ministry of Education to allow them to own appropriate housing.

The agreement was signed in the presence of Saudi Housing Minister Majed al-Hogail, Minister of Education Dr. Hamad bin Mohammed Al-Sheikh, Deputy CEO and Chief of Staff Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh, in addition to Advisor to the Executive Office of the Minister of Housing Abdullah A. Binsaeed.

It falls under the ongoing partnership between SAMBA and the Ministry of Housing – the partnership aims to reinforce the bank’s contribution to implementing the initiatives and programs of the ministry of housing in a quest to uplift citizens’ ownership of units according to the Saudi Vision 2030.

This can be achieved by providing the required funding facilitation to allow them to own the appropriate housing.

Based on this agreement, Samba will provide to the Saudi Ministry of Education staff real-estate funding offers in order to back them in getting adequate housing.

Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Sheikh asserted that the bank is delighted to reach an agreement with the ministries of housing and education – he added that Samba is exerting efforts to provide all the facilitation that would enable the Saudi Ministry of Education employees to get a house easily.

Al-Sheikh continued that the bank will employ all its potentials to facilitate the procedures for getting real-estate funding, based on exclusive features that underpin the added value of the real-estate funding solutions presented by the bank.
