Up until now, UK fans wanting to see Barca in LaLiga action would have had to subscribe to paid sports channels - but ITV's recent deal changes all that.
LaLiga and ITV reached an agreement back in February to show one match per week on free-to-air television in the UK.
Betis vs Barcelona kicks off at 7:45pm GMT tonight, and ITV4's pre-match coverage will begin at 7:30pm, while viewers can live stream the match online via the ITV Hub.
Eleven Sports and Premier Sports will also be offering live coverage of the match, as well as other LaLiga games throughout the weekend.
Premier Sports, available on Sky and Virgin platforms, will televise four fixtures per matchday.
Meanwhile, Eleven Sports will continue their coverage via their app and remains the only place in the UK to watch all 10 matches per weekend.
