We love a twisted family tradition!
Ready or Not is an acclaimed horror comedy that focuses on newlywed Grace (Samara Weaving) meeting her husband Alex's ( Mark O'Brien ) family at their estate.
However, Grace's new in-laws have a tradition to initiate new family members: a game of hide and see where the rest of the family will attempt to hunt down Grace with violent weapons.
A game of survival begins and if Grace doesn't make it through then she definitely won't be in the family.
The film has released a new clip which shows off what movie fans can expect from the film, which also stars The OC star Adam Brody as Alex's alcoholic brother Daniel and Andie MacDowell and Henry Czerny as Alex's parents.
Rising star Samara Weaving is the niece of The Matrix star Hugo Weaving and has previously appared in the films Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, and The Babysitter.
Ready or Not is rated as 'Fresh' on Rotten Tomatoes by critics, with the approval rating at 88% and a consensus that reads: "Smart, subversive, and darkly funny, Ready or Not is a crowd-pleasing horror film with giddily entertaining bite."
The film was released as a box office success in the US back in August.
So, if you are a fan of comedy and dark humour then it looks like Ready or Not could be the film for you!
