Reading and Leeds Festival release 2020 line-up - and not everyone is impressed

Reading and Leeds Festival has announced more of their much-anticipated 2020 line-up.

Liam Gallagher, Rage Against the Machine and Stomzy are confirmed to be headlining the event, in the first full wave of 2020 acts.

In a Twitter post, the twin festival said: "Your first #RandL20 wave has arrived.

"General tickets on sale 13.02.2020."

Other top musicians will also be attending the three-day festival, such as The Courteeners, Rex Orange County and Sam Fender.

Some people were blown away by the line-up, taking to Twitter to voice their excitement.

One person said: "Much better line up than last few years, think I'm back baby".

Another wrote: "Decent line-up!"

A third person said: "This line-up is great, there is a bit for everyone."

However, others weren't as impressed by the acts.

One person's comment received 738 likes and said: "I haven't even bought a ticket and I want a refund."

Another said: "Guess who's saving £250 this year, what happened to Reading?"

A third noticed the lack of female acts, writing: "Quick question- have you ever hear of women?"

And a fourth commented: "How the mighty have fallen. Just a bigger more expensive party in the park nowadays."

However, if this is your dream line-up and you are free from August 28-30. Tickets are on sale today (February 13) and are available to purchase on Ticketmaster.
