Christmas is so close we can almost smell it.
The appeal is now three weeks old. It’s incredible that in that short time your donations have raised £175,545 for nine inspiring mental health charities who are certainly feeling the Christmas cheer as a result.
In other news...
Minister for Health and Innovation, George Freeman MP, discovered a connection with the appeal very close to home:

Ali Smith, scottish writer and patron of appeal charity CoolTan Arts sent us this message in support of the appeal:
CoolTan Arts has been doing crucial creative mental wellbeing work for decades. They know how important creativity is to mentality; how powerful a help and a healer it can be. Good art can come from explorations all across the arts, which they facilitate, for everybody, with the kind of energy that is life-changing.
But it’s not over yet!
We’ve still got plenty of appeal blog life left in us yet. Stay tuned over the Christmas break and into the new year for more inspiring stories, facts and figures, small fluffy dogs in Christmas coats, and good will.
There is still plenty of time left to donate too. You can do that here.
