Readers get chance to write the headlines

In another example of bottom-up journalism, Bridlington Free Press editor Nick Procter asked his readers to come up with headline suggestions for his paper's stories. To kick off the contest, he produced headlines for a tale about local chef Lee Bennett preparing food for David and Victoria Beckham's pre-World Cup party: Nosh and Becks or Blend it like Beckham.
