And we're joining forces to bring you a mouth watering opportunity to sample some of the finest beers on the market.
Original is the brewery's flagship beer, aged using Bourbon Casks and Over Bourbon-infused heartwood in specialty "Oakerators".
It is 6.6% alcohol by volume. At first only available as a bottled beer, it is now marketed in bottles, cans and as draught.
Then there is Blood Red Sky, aged using Jamaican rum barrels and part of the core range offered by Innis & Gunn.
As its name suggests, this is a red beer, 6.8% ABV, and available bottled and on draught.
Gunpowder IPA is 5.6% ABV and uses Cascade, Centennial and Mandarina Bavaria hops. It has a crispy, clean finish with aromas of orange, grapefruit and pine and is is available in cans, bottles and on draught.
Then there is the multi-award-winning craft-brewed Lager, 4.6% ABV and crafted to be refreshing and full flavoured by adding zesty aromatic hops and naked golden oats to the brew.
Founded in 2003 by Master Brewer Dougal Gunn Sharp, the Edinburgh beer brand has won accolades galore - from the Gold award at the 2017 Monde Selection Scottish Brewery of the Year, Gold in the 2017 New York International Beer Awards and Gold in the 2018 Scottish Beer Awards
But it isn't just judges who like Innis and Gunn's beers.
In late 2016, to help grow the company, Innis & Gunn attempted to raise £1million in a crowd fund initiative. They surpassed their target in 72 hours and went on to raise £2.4million!
All reinvested in creating quality beers like Winter Beer - a seasonal brew which changes annually.
The 2010 brew was aged for 61 days with hints of ripe fruit, vanilla and caramel while the 2011 batch was aged for 48 days with natural notes of orange zest, vanilla and oak.
Innis and Gunn have grown to be one of Scotland’s most successful international craft brewers, exporting to over 35 countries. And they are expanding rapidly.
In 2017 they achieved a 14th consecutive year of double-digit volume growth, selling 2.5million cases of beer in over 35 countries.
They are are the No.2 craft beer in the UK off-trade, the No.1 imported craft beer in Canada, and in the top three imported craft beers in Sweden and the USA.
The Innis & Gunn Brewery in Perth is their home for innovation and barrel-ageing, but they plan to build a new large scale brewery in their hometown of Edinburgh, the first new large brewery to be built in the capital in 150 years.
