SHAMLI: Khap leaders and members of the Bharatiya Kisan Union (BKU) met in Shamli on Monday to discuss strategies to ensure a "fair" counting of votes on March 10.
"We do not have faith in this government. It has dictatorial tendencies. We do not trust the management of EVMs either. Therefore, it is important to monitor the counting process," said BKU chief and Balyan khap head Naresh Tikait.
Spokesperson of BKU Rakesh Tikait said, "Farmers should reach the counting venue on their tractors a day before March 10."
