Red Bull Salzburg manager Jesse Marsch expects Arsenal target Dominik Szoboszlai to leave the club during the upcoming transfer window.
The Gunners have been heavily linked with Szoboszlai, following his fine form for the Austrian side, as well as the Hungary national team.
The 20-year-old scored a last-minute winner for his country in their dramatic victory over Iceland to secure a place in next summer's European Championships.
As well as this, the creative midfielder has been instrumental for Salzburg this season - scoring eight goals and providing nine assists in all competitions.
His fine form has alerted Arsenal and now Salzburg manager Marsch has opened up on Szoboszlai's future with his side, as well as speaking about what the pair do off the pitch to improve his game.
Speaking on CBS Soccer's !Què Golazo! podcast, the American coach said: "Specifically with Szobo, we spent a lot of time going over individual videos and going over what his role was, how to be more dynamic, how to play our football, and I think over time we had a lot of fun together.
"I think he’s grown immensely over the last 18 months and it’s a source of pride for me, when I see that these young men are achieving all of the things I believe they can - not just in their careers, but in their life."
Marsch also spoke about how he sees similarities with Szoboszlai and former Salzburg striker Erling Haaland - who left the club in January to join Borussia Dortmund - where he has attracted numerous plaudits for his red-hot form.
The Austrian side's boss said: "Szobo, he’s likely to leave in winter - that’s the reality. He’ll have so many suitors and we went through this with Erling last year.
"But in the end, I’m so happy for him and I want him to show everybody how good he is. With the national team in Hungary, he’s helped them get to the Euro Championships in the summer and he’s like the hope of Hungary.
"Even when I watch him play for the national team, I just want him to achieve so much because I believe in him so much. This is the fun part.
"When you can play a small role in these young peoples’ lives, I think it makes it that much more meaningful.”
With Mesut Ozil looking set to leave the Emirates Stadium in the near future, Szoboszlai has been linked as a long-term replacement for the German playmaker.
