RB Chase Edmonds believes new Cardinals offense can ‘revolutionize the NFL game’

Count running back Chase Edmonds as another Arizona Cardinals player who is excited about the new offensive system they will run. Not only does he believe it suits his skills specifically, he also thinks it will changes things in the league, especially with No. 1 pick Kyler Murray leading the way at quarterback.

That doesn’t mean he is going to give anything away as to what the offense will at least look. He did give some hints.

“If you watch Texas Tech film a little bit, you’ll get some of the idea of it,” he said in a radio interview on Arizona Sports 98.7 FM.

It is going to look a little different than what the league has seen.

“I just feel like it’s going to be unique, especially with the quarterback we have now,” Edmonds said, referring to Murray, and believes it could have long-lasting effects in the league.

“I feel like it can really revolutionize the NFL game,” he said. “I just feel like, the more I watch the NFL, the more mobile quarterbacks I see. Hopefully, we can set the pace and really change the way the game is played.”

Are the Cardinals about to change the NFL? It seems a bit hyperbolic but it is something for fans to get excited about.
