Ray Quinn stuns fans with unearthed photo from his Brookside stint

Ray Quinn has left his fans gobsmacked with an unearthed photograph from his time on Brookside.

Before he shot to fame on the X Factor in 2006, Ray played the troublesome Anthony Murray on the Channel 4 soap opera.

Proving that he had serious acting talent, the star was swept up in bullying storylines and a mysterious murder before he departed the show after three years.

Although the 31-year-old reached public recognition after his X Factor stint, many fans don't know he was once a telly star.
