Motivating others to take care of their health, he said, “Kasrat roz kare. Positive roz rahe. Roz daude. Ho sake toh khali apne shareer ko pyaar kare (Exercise every day. Stay positive every day. Run every day. If possible, simply learn to love your body).” His message highlights consistency and self-care as key aspects of a healthy lifestyle.

Ravi Kishan also revealed that he has incorporated Tai Chi into his fitness regimen. Speaking about his routine, he shared, “Bahar aane ke pehle 200 dand mar liye aur Tai Chi kar rahe ajkal, Tai Chi (Before stepping out, I had already done 200 push-ups, and these days I am also practising Tai Chi).” This reflects his focus on both physical strength and mindful movement.

He highlighted that one doesn’t need non-vegetarian foods to meet nutritional needs, saying, “Main toh vegetarian hoon, pure vegetarian. Main toh kuch bhi nahi leta. Aisa kuch nahi ki anda khaane se protein milta hai. Maine veg mein aise bohot sare cheezein dhoondh liye hain, raw vegetables (I am a vegetarian, a pure vegetarian. I do not consume such things. It's not true that protein can only come from eggs. I have found many vegetarian sources of nutrition, including raw vegetables).”
