Ravens Week 14 inactives: Marlon Humphrey returning to lineup vs. Rams

The Ravens released their inactives list for Week 14, and Rock Ya-Sin is a healthy scratch, with Marlon Humphrey returning to the lineup.

The Pro Bowl cornerback has missed the past two games but will start at rainy M&T Bank Stadium against the visiting Los Angeles Rams.
