Ravens vs. Patriots injury report: S Earl Thomas misses Wednesday’s practice

The Baltimore Ravens returned to the practice field on Wednesday after resting during their Week 8 bye. With the New England Patriots up next and in front of the national spotlight, the Ravens could use everyone healthy and available.

Things look good with Baltimore’s first injury report of Week 9, with just one player missing practice completely. Safety Earl Thomas didn’t practice with a knee injury but since he’s typically been given Wednesday’s off as a veteran day, it’s unclear just how severe the injury actually is. On the positive side, Marquise Brown, Maurice Canady, Patrick Onwuasor and Jimmy Smith all returned to practice as limited participants, with coach John Harbaugh considering them “on track” to return.
