The Baltimore Ravens have signed former Georgia Bulldog Cameron Nizialek. Nizialek played for Georgia for one season when the Dawgs won the SEC and made the National Championship game. As a graduate transfer Nizialek punted for Georgia after having a solid career at Columbia, where he was also a kicker.
Nizialek will be trying to audition for a roster spot for NFL teams. With the elite Justin Tucker as their starting kicker, the Ravens let Tucker sit out the preseason most seasons.
Hopefully the former UGA and Ivy League specialist can land on a team like a previous Ravens’ kicker. Additionally, former UGA kicker Blair Walsh is looking for a new NFL home.
