The Baltimore Ravens released inside linebacker Bam Bradley and cornerback Jaylen Hill on Tuesday with failed physical designations, per The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec.
Both Bradley and Hill — each undrafted rookies from the 2017 draft class — spent the entirety of last season sidelined with injuries.
Bradley, who played collegiately for the University of Pittsburgh, was a preseason darling and made the 53-man roster to open the 2017 season. However, a torn ACL in Week 2 prematurely snapped his rookie season short. The following season, Bradley was placed on the physically unable to perform (PUP) list during training camp as he recovered from his injury.
Hill, a product of Jacksonville State University, also made the final roster in 2017 after grabbing two interceptions in four preseason games. While he appeared in six games as a rookie, he sustained a torn ACL and MCL in Week 16 that would land him on the PUP list to open the 2018 season. While Hill returned to practice in mid-November of last season, he was never activated by the team.
