The Baltimore Ravens are known to have one of the best team cultures in the NFL. From the players to the coaches to the executives to anyone else who works for the organization, Baltimore treats their team like a family no matter the person.
When running back Le’Veon Bell was asked about what has stood out to him about the Ravens’ team culture since arriving in Baltimore, he gushed about how he’s felt welcome and how comfortable he’s felt with his new organization after having a few stops over the past few seasons.
“How family-oriented everything is here. People … Literally, the first day I got here, everybody – my teammates, everybody in the cafeteria, the coaches – kind of welcomed me with open arms. I felt welcome, and that was the biggest thing for me. I came here, [and] I felt comfortable. There wasn’t a lot on my plate. I just came in, got my feet wet a little bit and was just ready to go. So, I think just being here is a great opportunity.”
Bell talked about how the team welcomed him with open arms, which lines up with what so many others have said about the Ravens’ organization. Rookies and veterans alike have plenty of good things to say about how great the Baltimore franchise treats their players, and it’s rare to find someone who doesn’t enjoy their time with the team.
The veteran running back has embraced his role with the Ravens, and the team has embraced him right back. He’s been a great fit with how Baltimore does things, and as the 2021 season goes on, hopefully he’s able to continue to contribute in a positive way.
