Ravens QB Tyler Huntley talks about how much game experience is helping him

The Baltimore Ravens have had to play without their star quarterback in Lamar Jackson for multiple weeks now. In his stead, backup quarterback Tyler Huntley has led the way, and has gained plenty of game experience along the way.

When asked about how much playing in games and gaining experience has helped him over the course of the year, the second-year signal caller talked about how it’s been great for him, and talked about how much he’s learned over the course of the year.

“I feel like it’s helping me a lot. It’s like a little kid learning how to draw. The first time you draw, it looks crazy, then you get a little better, you get an actual, kind of picture, and then, as they keep going, they add some color to it, and it starts looking like a real-deal picture. So, it’s just, the more reps, the more experience [you get] and the better you play.”

Huntley has been thrust into action multiple times this season, and has gone through plenty of ups and downs. However, as he moves forward in his career he’ll be able to take what he’s learned and be a better player as he continues to learn and grow.
