Ravens QB Lamar Jackson praises play of Baltimore’s offensive line unit

One of the biggest needs of the Baltimore Ravens’ 2022 offseason was to improve at key positions, with offensive line being a key discussion point. General Manager Eric DeCosta added multiple key pieces, signing offensive tackle Morgan Moses and drafting center Tyler Linderbaum as well as offensive tackle Daniel Faalele in the 2022 NFL draft.

Quarterback Lamar Jackson spoke to the media about the play of his offensive line unit, and gave big praise to the group. He said their play has the offense flowing, while everything has been consistent because of it. He also mentioned how they need to keep it going as the season continues.

“It has us flowing, up and down the field like we’re used to doing. We weren’t doing that last year consistently, and I feel like the last couple games it’s been consistent. Our line is blocking their tails off. We just have to keep it going though. It’s the middle of the season; we have to keep it going.”

The offensive line is a big part of how teams can win in the NFL.  To be able to keep the quarterback from getting hit or sacked can do wonders if it means keeping drives alive to wear down defenses. So far, the Baltimore offensive line has made Jackson look more comfortable, and more the group blocks for Jackson, the more comfortable they should get with eachother.
