Ravens QB Lamar Jackson gives update on how he’s feeling

The Baltimore Ravens went into Chicago without their star quarterback in Lamar Jackson and won 16-13 over the Bears, led by backup signal caller Tyler Huntley. Baltimore moved to 7-3 with the win, but they are hoping that their signal caller is back on the field in Week 12 in a divisional matchup against the Browns.

Jackson took a big step towards doing just that as he returned to practice in full on Wednesday. When asked how he was feeling by the media, the quarterback said that he felt good, making sure he made clear that he was positively certain of his condition.

“I’m feeling good. I’m feeling great this time. Dang. (laughter) I’m feeling good.” (Reporter: “Are you sure?”) “Positive, certain. No relapses. We’re good.”

When asked about what happened between Friday when he practiced in full and Saturday when he was added back to the injury report, Jackson said that he had no clue.

“I have no clue. I just got fatigued, caught some little chills. I was out of it. But I’m good now. I’m perfect. I’m feeling great.”

The signal caller was also asked if he believes that he’ll play on Sunday night, and Jackson was very adamant  in his answer.

“Yes, for sure.” (Reporter: “100%?”) “120%” (laughter)

Some are still weary to run with what Jackson is saying after what happened before Week 11, but the fact that he was made available to the media by the team indicates at least something positive, as does his return to practice. It’d be big if the quarterback is able to return to the field in Week 12, because although Huntley performed admirably in Chicago, Baltimore is a much better football team with Jackson on the field.
