Ravens Highlights: Robert Griffin III gets an option pitch from Lamar Jackson for a 1st down

Lamar Jackson and the Ravens showed off yet another offensive wrinkle in the second quarter against the Bengals, taking advantage of the superb athleticism of not one but BOTH of their quarterbacks.

Facing 2nd-and-4 approaching midfield, Jackson took the snap and pitched the ball out to Robert Griffin III. Griffin glided across the 50-yard line on his way to a nine-yard gain and a first down.

The Ravens drive continued with Jackson tossing his second touchdown pass of the day to tight end Mark Andrews, giving Baltimore a hefty 21-3 lead.

With the Bengals focusing so much on what the Ravens were doing inside with running back Mark Ingram and then outside with Jackson, it opened up Griffin for a big play. While Jackson often gets so much praise, many forget just how capable of a running Griffin has been throughout his career. But you better believe opposing defenses are going to have to gameplan against a Jackson-Griffin option offense the rest of this season.
