Ravens highlights: RB De’Lance Turner goes on 22-yard scamper vs. Redskins

The Baltimore Ravens have been getting some big plays from offensive skill players that have been buried on the roster. In addition to Jaleel Scott making plays, the team also got a big play out of a forgotten man at running back.

De’Lance Turner broke off a 22-yard run on 2nd-and-10 from the Redskins’ 48 to give the Ravens excellent field position at the 26-yard line. It’s a big play from Turner, who hadn’t done much in the preseason until now. The play was a spark for the Ravens, who had punted on their previous three drives and were trailing Washington in the second quarter.

Quarterback Trace McSorley would take advantage of the good field position and he would throw a 24-yard touchdown pass to Scott nine plays later.
