Ratings - Who shone and who bombed in Knights' finals loss

PLAYER RATINGS:

Kalyn Ponga: 8

Threw the pass for two of Enari Tuala's three tries and was always a threat.

Enari Tuala: 8

Was unlucky to give away the penalty try and could not have done more, scoring a hattrick.

Kurt Mann: 5

Took some tough second half carries but rarely sighted and not a factor in the game.

Bradman Best: 7.5

Didn't see any open space but 19 possessions for 152 metres with work-rate enormous.

Hymel Hunt: 7

Scored a first half try and heavily involved, always putting his hand up for a carry to take the pressure off his forwards.

Jake Clifford: 7

His first finals game and looked composed and played his part. Grubbered for a Tuala try.

Mitchell Pearce: 6

Wasn't one of the veteran half's better games but never stopped competing.

Jacob Saifiti: 6.5

Made some telling tackles but not the impact with the footy we've been used to.

Jayden Brailey: 7

Didn't get out of dummy half all game but tirelessly made 56 tackles.

Daniel Saifiti: 7.5

Tireless in first game in 4 weeks. Made 174 metres from 18 carries and came up with 36 tackles.

Hattrick: Knights winger Enari Tuala [with Bradman Best] could not have done more, scoring a hattrick.

Tyson Frizell: 7

Was on the receiving end of some big hits and bravely came back on after being concussed. Busy.

Mitch Barnett: 7

Hardly saw the ball in the first half but far more prominent in attack after the break. Tackled everything that moved near him.

Jesse Sue: 4

Played just 26 minutes so didn't see a lot of the action. Limited impact.

INTERCHANGE:

Connor Watson: 7

His last game for the club and could not put his stamp on it in attack but it wasn't through lack of trying. Did a heap of defence.

David Klemmer: 7

Carried a painful rib injury into the contest and you couldn't fault his bravery. Ran strongly.

Josh King: 6

Didn't see a much game time after spending time off the field for a HIA but came up with some quality defence in his final game.

Brodie Jones: 2

Came on for Frizell in the first half but lasted just 13 minutes before a HIA.
