It's fair to say Naby Keita's time at Liverpool hasn't gone to plan.
Yes, the Guinea international has won seven trophies - including the Premier League title and Champions League - but much more was expected from him after his £52.75million move from RB Leipzig in the summer of 2018. It has been an unconvincing five-year spell, with Keita making just 82 Premier League appearances to date.
A 5/10 rating for the 27-year-old is generous, but how have Jurgen Klopp's other 38 signings fared? From Ragnar Klavan and Loris Karius to Diogo Jota and Sadio Mane, Mirror Football rate all of the German's Liverpool signings since his arrival in October 2015.

Kamil Grabara - The Polish goalkeeper never played and spent much of his five-and-a-half years on Merseyside out on loan. I've no idea what he looks like. 3/10.

Sadio Mane - The Senegalese star was signed from Southampton for £34m - viewed as overpriced at the time - but soon became a world-class footballer under Klopp. Liverpool regrettably sold him to Bayern Munich last summer. Absolute baller. 10/10.
Loris Karius - The German goalkeeper is remembered for his two howlers in the 2018 Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid, but he was also pretty poor throughout the rest of his time on Merseyside. Now 18th choice goalkeeper at Newcastle. 1/10.
Joel Matip - The former Cameroon international was snapped up on a free transfer from Schalke but would've been a bargain at £60m. Ultimate coup. 10/10.
Ragnar Klavan - The Estonian was signed from Augsburg for £4.2m and did a good job for a couple of seasons as a back-up defender. We'll be kind. 6/10.
Alex Manninger - Remember when Liverpool weirdly signed that Arsenal goalkeeper from the nineties? He never played and could be 84 for all we know. 2/10.
Georginio Wijnaldum - The Dutchman joined from relegated Newcastle for £25m and was worth every penny, as he rarely missed a game. Gini in a bottle. 9/10.
Summer 2017
Mohamed Salah - The former Chelsea forward scores goals for fun and cost just £43m. He will be remembered as the talisman of Klopp's team. Legend. 10/10.
Dominic Solanke - The English striker scored one goal in 27 games but was somehow sent to Bournemouth for £19m. Outrageous business. 6/10.
Andy Robertson - The Scot was signed from Hull for an initial £8m and has gone on to become one of the best left-backs in the world. Icon. 10/10.
Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain - The Englishman made a bright start to his Reds career after his £35m move from Arsenal but injuries have restricted his progress. He will probably leave on a free transfer this summer and be remembered as a useful squad player. 6/10.

Virgil van Dijk - The Netherlands international was called overpriced after his £75m move from Southampton but was worth every penny. Doesn't send Christmas cards to Jordan Pickford. 10/10.

Fabinho - The Brazil international gave Klopp some much needed steel in midfield and was a snip at £43.7m. Once played for Real Madrid. 10/10.
Xherdan Shaqiri - The Swiss international has somehow managed to play for Bayern Munich, Inter Milan and Stoke. Did a decent job. 6/10.
Alisson - The Brazilian was a shrewd investment at £65.5m and there's a good reason why he keeps Ederson out of the Brazil team. He deserves a spot in the pantheon of Liverpool goalkeeping greats alongside Bruce Grobbelaar, Ray Clemence and Pepe Reina. 10/10.
Summer 2019
Sepp van den Berg - The Dutch defender is still only 21 and it is too early to judge his Liverpool career. Give him time. N/A.
Harvey Elliott - The teenager loves Liverpool and has done well to recover from that awful ankle injury he suffered in September 2021. Terrible haircuts. 7/10.
Adrian - The veteran goalkeeper is nowhere near as good as Alisson but has done a good job when called on. Seems like a lovely bloke. 6/10.
Andy Lonergan - Adrian's fellow veteran never played and is now on Everton's books. Klopp gave him a Premier League winners' medal. 4/10.

Takumi Minamino - The Japan international wasn't great but was another player sold for around double he was bought for. More decent business. 6/10.

Kostas Tsimikas - The defender is a decent understudy to Robertson and scored the winning penalty in the FA Cup final shootout against Chelsea. Greek Scouser. 6/10.
Thiago Alcantara - The Spaniard is world-class on his day and played an important role during the Quadruple charge, although he sometimes goes missing. Should be better. 7/10.
Diogo Jota - The former Wolves man was a snip at £45m but has suffered his fair share of injuries. Still could become a legend. 7/10.
Marcelo Pitaluga - Like Van den Berg, it is too early to judge the 20-year-old goalkeeper's Liverpool career. Currently playing for Robbie Savage's Macclesfield. N/A.

Stefan Bajcetic - The Spaniard looks a real talent but we shouldn't judge him yet. N/A.
Ben Davies - The Englishman gives Caulker a run for his money as Klopp's weirdest signing. He was snapped up from Preston and never played for Reds before being sold to Rangers for £4m last summer, with the club making another profit. Curious business. 5/10.
Ozan Kabak - The Turkey international was kept out of the team by two kids who had barely kicked a ball before. Not good enough. 4/10.
Kaide Gordon - The 18-year-old is another promising youngster who needs time. N/A.
