Rate the Newcastle United players for their performance against Manchester City

Now it is your turn to have a say on Newcastle United’s defeat to Manchester City. A third consecutive loss across all competitions was almost inevitable, with the Magpies now losing 14 league games in a row at the Etihad Stadium.

Phil Foden and Bernardo Silva bagged the goals either side of half-time to leave Newcastle sitting fifth in the Premier League. Callum Wilson and Joelinton also squandered opportunities to pull the visitors level as United fired another blank.

Toon supporters will now be sweating on other results as their club could drop to seventh by 9.30pm on Monday. Liverpool host bitter rivals Manchester United while Fulham make the trip across London to Brentford.
